Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of focus on ensuring items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling time
1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cutoff time is 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking information. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for tracking information to populate with the carrier.
Delayed or lost packages
We have partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver every package within the quoted time frame. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues that are out of our control. We will work to resolve each issue, reshipments, claims, or lost packages, to the best of our ability.
If a package is lost, missing, or cannot be confirmed delivered by tracking, we will process a reshipment. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier are subject to investigation and are not eligible for a refund until that investigation is resolved. If your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@calipouches.com with your order number.
Customs, taxes & duties
Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are calculated at checkout and prepaid when placing the order. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
